Clientology Methodology

When you love your customer, you will fall in love with their outcomes.  When you worship the outcomes your clients are after then you can truly help them.  Are you acting as if they clients wishes are worshiped?  If not I’ll show you how to demonstrate this in a way the creates a cult following.

Conversationalist

Your ability to talk to people is your biggest asset.  Do you have conversations that are the best conversation your clients have ever had?  If not why not?  I’ll teach you how to have a such an impactful conversation that at the end you will have created a client for life.

Trusted Advisor

How do you communicate to your clients that you are their most trusted advisor?  If you are not doing it then I’ll teach you how.  If you are doing it then I’ll teach you some distinctions that will drastically improve your message.  Trust is the most valuable commodity worth trading.

Wizardry

People are drowning in information but thirsty for wisdom.  In your sales processes are you showing people the magic behind your solutions?  People do not want to know about product specifications and features they want to know about the outcomes they can expect from your product or service.  I will teach you how to communicate this to your clients in a way that gets them excited to use your products and services.

Referrals

If referrals are not pouring into your business then I need to show you how to turn on the faucet.  Referrals are the best source of clients because they come to you with a heightened level of anticipation and expectation because they have already heard good things about you.  Once the faucet is on then I’ll teach you how to make that faucet a fire hydrant of qualified, motivated, and excited clients.
